Using the site
You may read, share and quote the content of this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale and publish it as your own, or use the TheScoutArena name to present yourself as us or as a commercial partner without a prior agreement.
What we say about the product
We describe the product as it works today. Anything under development is marked as such and implies no committed date. If you find something on the site that does not match what the product does, write to us and we will correct it.
Prices and quotes
Prices are agreed in writing with each agency before work starts. Any figure on this site is indicative until there is a signed quote.
Demos and trials
The demo is free and does not oblige you to sign up. If we give you access to a trial environment, it is there to evaluate the product: it is not for live operations and we may withdraw it with notice.
Liability
The site is offered as it is. We take reasonable care that the information is correct and current, but we are not liable for decisions taken solely on what you read here. For what we are liable for regarding the platform, see the service agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is resolved before the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
