We did not start with a software idea. We started inside football, watching an agency lose money every day for not having its information to hand.
First it was a system built for one agency. It worked so well that the question became obvious: if it solved their day-to-day, why not any agency with the same problems? TheScoutArena is that system, rebuilt from scratch so anyone can use it.
Every feature comes from something that actually happens at an agency: a contract about to expire, a commission never collected, a report stuck on somebody phone. If it does not solve a real problem, it does not ship.
That your data is yours and isolated from every other agency. That you can export it whenever you want. And that the product makes sense without a manual, because nobody has time to learn a system in the middle of a transfer window.
