About
On football's side since 2017
We have worked with agencies and clubs since 2017. We did not arrive with software looking for somewhere to sell it: we arrived in football, and the software came out of it.
Why The Scout Arena exists
Behind every player there is a family that trusts, an agent who gives their word and a club that takes a chance. And almost always, all of that rests on a spreadsheet, a notebook and a chat nobody reads again.
Over these years we have seen renewals slip away over a date nobody checked, scouting reports stuck on somebody's phone and transfers negotiated on half the numbers. Not for lack of effort: for lack of a tool built for football.
That is why we built it. First for one agency, which still uses it every day. Then, rebuilt from scratch, for any agency, scout or club that wants to spend its time on players and not on chasing paperwork.

Gastón Gimenez
Co-founder
He played football before he wrote code. Former amateur footballer with a degree in Information Systems: he knows the dressing room and he knows the system from the inside.

What drives us
That people who work with players get to spend their time on players. Every hour spent hunting for a contract or building a report by hand is an hour not spent watching matches or talking to a family.
How we build it
Every feature comes from something that actually happens at an agency or a club: a contract about to expire, a commission never collected, a report stuck on somebody's phone. If it does not solve a real problem, it does not ship.
What we care about
That your data is yours and isolated from every other organisation. And that the product makes sense without a manual, because nobody has time to learn a system in the middle of a transfer window.
