Who we are
TheScoutArena is management software for football agencies. This site is the product public page.
The platform itself lives at app.thescoutarena.com and has its own terms, agreed when you sign up
for the service.
What we collect on this site
Only what you give us:
- Demo form: name, agency, country, email, phone, how many players you represent and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply and arrange the demo.
- Email and WhatsApp: if you write to us on those channels, we keep the conversation so we can follow it up.
- Usage measurement: page views, where you came from and which browser you use, in aggregate. It tells us which parts of the site get read and which do not.
We do not ask for player data on this site, we do not use your details for advertising, and we neither sell nor pass them on to third parties.
Cookies
The site does not need cookies to work. We store one small preference in your browser: whether you chose light or dark mode. That preference stays on your device and never reaches our servers.
If you accept usage measurement, the analytics tool cookies are loaded. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.
Who we share data with
The providers needed to run the site and our email: hosting, the mail delivery service and the analytics tool. Each one accesses only what it needs and is bound to protect it.
How long we keep it
Demo requests, for up to two years after the last contact. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to info@thescoutarena.com and we will resolve it within ten business days.
Platform data
Whatever an agency loads into the platform belongs to that agency. It is isolated from every other agency, can be exported at any time, and is handed over in full if the agency stops using the service. The detail is in the service agreement.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above. Significant changes are emailed to anyone with an active account.
