In US dollars, from any country, by card through Stripe. The price depends on the plan and your team size, and you can pay monthly or yearly with a 15% discount, paid upfront. There is no charge per module or per report filed, and no minimum term: you cancel with one month notice.

It depends on the state of your data. An agency with tidy spreadsheets is usually up and running within a week. Before anything is confirmed we show you a report of every difference we found.
It depends on the plan: Scout is for one person; Pro, up to five; Elite, up to fifteen; and Global, up to thirty. The price goes by brackets (1, 2, 3 to 5, 6 to 10, 11 to 15 and 16 to 30): adding someone beyond your bracket moves you up a bracket, not a plan. Above thirty users we quote. Active users and pending invitations count; a deactivated user does not.
Nothing is deleted or hidden: what you already have stays visible and editable, you just cannot add more until you move up a plan or a bracket. The players that count are every profile in your account, whatever its status; the global catalogue does not count.
Yes, and it does not rely on the application alone. The database enforces per-agency isolation at row level, and automated tests verify that one agency cannot read another agency data.

Yes, with one month notice. There is no minimum term and no penalty for leaving. If you paid for the year, the plan runs until it ends, and then you have 90 days to export everything.
